These presentations offer general background on a variety of topics, utilizing the Wellness Wedges Model™ as the way to understand the multiple areas of wellness, inviting participants to consider how to begin their wellness journey.
Skill-Building Seminars
Taking wellness to the next level!
The seminars can be half-day or full-day offerings that include: 1. A general overview of wellness or a specific area of wellness; 2. Break-out sessions for participants to gain new skills, strategies, and resources; and 3. Activities to practice these skills on their own and with other participants. The seminars can be done on-site or at a location of your choosing.
